Overview
There are three options in this category and can be found on the PivotTable Tools Analyze Ribbon
- Field List
- +/- Buttons
- Field Headers
Field List
The 'trickiest' Show/Hide option is showing the Pivot Table Field List itself. The cursor MUST be positioned within the Pivot Table Report area for the Field List to show. In addition, the Field List Button must be pressed down as shown above.
+/- Buttons
Use the +/- Buttons option to turn on/off the ‘drill down’ icons in the report label areas
Field Headers
Use the Field Headers option to Show/Hide the Headers of your columns:
