In the 'Extraction Range,' we can select a 'from' date. Can a 'to date' be made available? When working on a QQube project, I often add or change data in the QB file for testing purposes. Loading a small date range, for example, a week, a specific month, etc., would significantly reduce the QQube refresh time, especially when a full reload is required.

Hi Fran, I agree with limiting the data pulled from QQube and filtering the pivot. However, I've had occasions where I'm making changes in QuickBooks to test some scenarios where pulling only a week's worth of data would be faster, especially when it's a reload. We're in October, and I know I could set the extraction date for 10-14-2024 and get just a few days. The problem is when I need something for earlier in the year, say from March. Now I'm dealing with the rest of the year. It's just me trying to save a little time. The point is mute. I talked to Chuck, and it is technically not practical.

Hey Stan, I see where you are going with testing. but for me having to refresh the data several times as you test solutions is worse than just filtering for that time frame in an excel pivot table. When testing I usually limit my data to 1-2 years. Just a thought.
